Unlike an à la carte system, we believe that a full-service management solution is the only way to ensure across-the-board quality control for all aspects of a short-term rental. By getting to know your property inside and out, we're able to handle any issues that may come up during a guests stay.
Courchevel is one of the most famous winter sports resorts in the world. It attracts hundreds of thousands of tourists in high season so that most hotels are full at this time. Fortunately, other types of accommodation exist, such as short-term rentals. Do you own a property in Courchevel and wish to rent it? The Savoyard resort is one of the most attractive in the French Alps: hundreds of thousands of tourists from around the world - 57% of them are foreigners - go there every year for a total of more than 1.7 million night stays. It has a capacity of nearly 30000 tourist beds, most of which are of high standing. The resort is also positively affected by the development of booking platforms as there are nearly 1500 rentals listed. Since 2012, this number has seen a strong annual growth of 123%, further proof of the enthusiasm for this type of holiday accommodations.
Courchevel is the first French resort to have been built on a virgin site: it was indeed founded in 1946 in the town of Saint-Bon-Tarentaise. It has gradually become an European and international reference thanks to its very large ski area and its quality infrastructures that the hosting of the 1992 Olympic Games has helped to develop. Today, the development of the resort is such that it spreads over 5 villages, the highest of which is located at 1850m above sea level.
But Courchevel is best known for being the most expensive and upscale resort in Europe: it attracts a rather wealthy clientele who goes to one of the 19 hotels with at least 4* (and eleven 5*). This premium attendance earned him the nickname of "Saint-Tropez with snow".
